“VIBRATIONS”, is an effervescent ensemble showcasing various genres of music beyond limits headed by Sri Tiruvarur Vaidyanathan. Nothing beats it when melody and rhythm go together. Vibrations is one such experience containing all the ingredients – carnatic, blues and jazz which features rhythmic dialogue between the various percussion instruments like Mridangam, Tabla, Ghatam, Morsing, Drums along with violin, Guitar, etc thereby soothing the audience with vibrancy. Vaidyanathan has been showcasing a number of “Vibrations” concerts around the world.

Tiruvarur Vaidyanathan

Tiruvarur Vaidyanathan, consummate mridangam vidwan, has climbed the ladder of recognition in the field of carnatic Music percussion due to disciplined training, concentrated focus and an earnest desire to achieve. He was born in the family of percussionists and his novitiate was under his grandfather Sri.Tiruvarur Kunju Iyer and his uncle Sri.Tiruvarur Nagarajan. His considerable talent was further honed redoubtable mridangam maestro Guru Karaikudi R.Mani.Almost all the leading musicians such as Dr.Balamurali Krishna, Maharajapuram Santhanam, K.V.Narayanaswamy, D.K.Pattamal,  M.L.VasanthaKumari, T.N.Krishnan, U.Srinivas, K.J.Yesudas, Ravikiran, Sudha Raghunathan, ArunaSairam and a host of others have been very comfortable with his accompanying support for the simple reason that Vaidyanathan always strives for the success of the entire team and the concert as whole instead of just trying to exhibit performing skills. His art is just an extension of the vocal music that is characteristic of keen mind, sense of application, imaginative rhythmic patterns, flawless techniques and a style that enhances the quality of the performance. He is reputed guru who has developed a simplified teaching methodology.

B.V. Raghavendra Rao

B.V. Raghavendra Rao hails from a distinguished family of musicians. He was initiated into the niceties of music at an early age of five by his father B.Sudarsana Rao. Attracted by the lure of classical music from his childhood, he trained rigorously on the violin for several years and he is presently the disciple of the violin “Maestro” Sangeetha Kalanidhi Shri.T.N.Krishnan. Later he received invaluable guidance and concert experience from Dr.M.Balamuralikrishna one of the greatest musicians India has produced in this century. As an young artiste he received the appreciation of the President of India for accompanying the celebrated musical genius,and climbed the ladder of success as an accomplished ,and one of the most popular violinist in the carnatic music genre today. Raghavendra Rao has composed music for Dance Ballets Ambalathil Aadum Jothi & Om Sharavana Bhava for Kala Sadhanalaya Chennai. He has been part of many such innovative works.

E.R.Janardhan

E.R.Janardhan was brought up in a rich musical environment. His father Sri Rambha Satyanarayana Moorthy, a stalwart in both Saxophone and Vocal started teaching vocal music to him at a very tender age of four. Later on he also imbibed the knowledge of Mandolin and guitar to him being his first Guru to the world of Music. He further enhanced his knowledge from renowned Violin Maestro Shri Annavarapu Raamakumari and Shri Annavarapu Ramaswami. Janardhan is also a Saxophonist who gained his advanced training and playing techniques from Padma Shri Kadri Gopalnath. Janardhan has given solo performances, Jugalbandhi and fusion concerts with various artists all over India and abroad. Besides playing on stage, he is also deeply involved in Cine music, by playing Saxophone to leading Music directors.

N. Guruprasad

N.Guruprasad was born to the Ghatam Vidwan Shri K. Nagaraja Rao and Smt Kallammal. He had his initial training under his father and later had gurukulam under Ghatam Maestro Shri T.H. Vikku Vinayakram who made him play many thala vadhya concerts and in turn removed fear of the stage at an early age. Subsequently he joined Shri V.Suresh, another prominent Ghatam Vidwan, as a sishya and learnt Shri Kodhandarama Iyer fingering technique for playing the Ghatam. His quest for learning further, advanced mathematics of Carnatic music, brought him into the able tutelage of Laya Chudaroli Madurai Shri T.Srinivasan. He gave his debut performance at the age of 16. Till now he has accompanied all the established artistes in their respective fields of Carnatic music all over the world.

N.Sundar

N.Sundar, Tabla/Morsing artiste is the son of Sri.S.Nagarajan, famous Mridangam Artiste. Sundar had his Tabla training under Sri.I.Satyanathan and Morsing training under Sri.A.S.Krishnan. Sundar has travelled all over the world accompanying leading artistes and has been part of many ensembles. He is from an Agricultural family and is deeply interested in Indian values and Culture, Knowledge of Indian Astrology and Indian Medicine (Siddha System).

R.Kashyapmahesh

R.Kashyapmahesh at a very tender age of four years started learning music from T.V.Gopalakrishanan and Shri karaikudi S.Mani. He is a National awardee in the field of Music and Computer Painting. He has given more than 1000 concerts covering many of the languages and won more than 20 laurels and prodigy awards. He has travelled across India and abroad to perform at Tamil Sanghams and Sabhas of major cities. He has been giving concerts regularly in All India radio, Trichy and over renowned satellite channels including Sun, Jaya and Star Vijay.
