The Constitution and Bylaws of Sangeetha
Sangeetha is a not-for-profit society with a mission to promote classical music of India in the county of St Louis, State of Missouri, particularly through presentation of high quality classical music concerts by India’s recognized and internationally acclaimed artistes and emerging artistes of exceptional talent. “Sangeetha” give unto ourselves this revised constitution that became effective the 22nd Day of May 2018. The revision to the Constitution and Bylaws are made in May 22nd, 2018 following federal and state regulations. Accompanying this Constitution is a set of bylaws, which, together with this Constitution, shall determine the principles and practice by which the society shall be governed and operated. The Constitution comprises of Charter of Sangeetha and the Bylaws.
